Alfred Beattie is a multi-instrumentalist, sound engineer, and music producer based in Dresden, ME. He has been teaching strings, brass, sound engineering, and music productionat the Music Center for the past 3 years. A lifelong career musician, Alfred graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from Lawrence University in Appleton, WI. He is currently very active in the local community performing as a freelance musician in various groups and running sound engineering at many local events including the Yarmouth Clam Festival, MMEA All-State Instrumental Jazz Competition, 317 Main in Yarmouth, and at the All Roads Music Festival supporting Jason Ward and the West End Mules.
